Pricing Policy
The pricing on this website is our most up to date pricing. Prices are subject to change. Gift Cards and Series are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our commitment to service all of our clients, we require 24 hours notice on all appointment cancellations. Failure to provide proper notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.
A fee of the full service price will be charged for no shows.
We require 48 hours notice for groups, couples and services of 2 hours or more.
All appointment reservations must be held with a credit card or pre-paid. Deposits of 50% are required for services of 2 hours or greater, groups and couples are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable with proper cancellation notice.
Gift Card Policy
Our Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. All reservations must be held with a credit card at time of booking. Gift Certificates may be used towards gratuity, merchandise, and services. Gift Certificates may be transferred to a family member or friend. Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase a Gift Certificate. A Dormancy Fee of $10 per month will be applied to Gift Certificates that have not been used within 12 months of the purchase date.
Privacy Policy
We collect and retain information submitted to our website solely for the purpose of customer service and order fulfillment. The information gathered is not shared with any parties outside of Urban Sanctuary Holdings, LLC. Your personal information is accessible only by designated Urban Sanctuary Holdings, LLC customer service and administrative staff. No individual account information such as payment history, billing information or other sensitive information is stored on this site or accessible by any third party.
